This MIG/MAG/TIG/MMA combined welding machine, which is suitable for CO2 shielded welding, mixed gas shiedled welding, flux cored wire welding, lift TIG welding, and MMA welding.

 

This machine uses 1KG welding wire. It can provide precise operation with welding wire from 0.6 to 1.0mm and with electrodes from 1.6-3.2mm. The integrated design of welding torch together with the machine body brings you more efficiency and convenience for the welding tasks.

 

 

Top flap cover design makes replacing the welding wire more easily, and provides a perfect storage space for the welding torch when you are not using it. This machine uses micro controlled chip inside, the automatically parameter matching function can help you focus on the welding process, especially for new welders.

 

 

Multi-function and multi-welding mode design offers you various choices in different welding jobs. Besides, the machine design is very small, only similar size as regular MMA models, very suitable for outside work and work at height.

1. Digital display(V):Voltage display, shows welding voltage.

When adjusting the Encoder-1, the digital display shows the welding voltage value intelligently matched by the system, but you can adjust the voltage by +5V and -5V manually.

When the Encoder-1 is unadjusted and wait for 3 seconds, the digital display shows the actual welding voltage value you have set.

 

2. Digital display(A):Current display, shows welding current. When adjusting Encoder-2, the digital display shows the adjusted current value.

 

3. LED-1: Power indicator light

 

4. LED-2: Fault indicator light, the light is on when the machine has a fault, and the digital display shows the fault code.

5. Function switch:Function selecting switch Can cycle choose through six functions.

Six LED lights correspond to six welding functions:

MMA, TIG, CO2/0.8, MAG/0.8, flux-cored wire/0.8, flux-cored wire/1.0. Adjust the welding parameters using Encoder-1 and Encoder-2.

 

6. Encoder-1:Adjust the parameters shown on the voltage digital display (V).

7. Encoder-2:Adjust the parameters shown on the current digital display (A).

8. LED-3: Function indicator light, MMA function.

9. LED-4: Function indicator light, lift TIG function.

10. LED-5: Function indicator light, CO2 gas shielded MIG function for 0.8mm wire.

11. LED-6: Function indicator light, mixed gas shielded MAG function for 0.8mm wire.

12. LED-7: Function indicator light, flux-cored FCW function for 0.8mm wire.

13. LED-8: Function indicator light, flux-cored FCW function for 1.0mm wire.
